In fact she said "It's not my fault, I only go by what they tell me". We went down and the lady at the desk didn't apologize. The guy apologized and told us to come back to front desk with our stuff, they would relocate us to a premium room. I couldn't believe my eyes! I called the front desk right away and told them this room is not clean and we will not be staying in it. ![]() There were short hairs all over and the sheets did not look crisp. When we opened the first layer of the sheets, it was obvious that this room has not been cleaned. We then noticed a couple random items laying about (a bottle cap on the nightstand, a used hand towel in the bathroom and a hair covered bar of soap). Fine, we wouldn't spend much time in here anyway - whatever. It took very long to get there and once we did we saw how small and cramped the room was. ![]() When we first arrived at the Grand on a late night after our long flight, we were given a room in the far tower.
